Payment.We can accept credit /debit cards online using our secure e-commerce software or over the phone. You can also pay by cheque on a cleared fund basis, however this does slow up the delivery process. Or if local you can do it the good old fashioned way and call into our shop and pay by cash.
Delivery & Returns Policy.We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.
Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and GoGo Graphics is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer. As such, late deliveries will not be refunded. If in doubt please feel free to contact us and we will happily give you an estimated delivery time.
All our deliveries are recorded, so please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your delivery.

Orders not received within 7 working days of dispatch must be reported to GoGo Graphics by email. Failure to notify us within this period may result in GoGo Graphics not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received.
Where an item is a stock design (not personalised in any way) we will accept the items back for a refund or exchange providing the item is returned in the same condition as when dispatched subject to the postage costs being covered by the customer. The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer\'s specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returns unless we make an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you think you have received faulty goods, you must inform us within 7 days if you wish to return any items. You are responsible for any return postage charges.
There may be a very slight difference between the colour of the garment and the colour which is shown on screen. Colours may differ slightly when printing, but we always do our best to match it as accurately as possible.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
